I am a French woman living in Germany, working with people who do great things. I am a weaver of change, with over a decade of experience in building networks and strengthening relationships. My goal is to work with businesses and organizations that want to learn, understand, and adapt to an ever-changing social and economic landscape. I work with them in developing innovative approaches to reinvent, tweak or strengthen their Human Resources approach and organizational culture. My expert approach uses psychodynamics of systems and solid change management techniques, my personal approach is grounded in common sense, feasibility and sustainability.
